COMMUNITY TICKET DONATIONS

The American Repertory Theatre supports other non-profit organizations in its community by contributing tickets to be used as items for auctions, raffles, and other fundraising events. These contributions have supported diverse causes, including health and wellness, education, and the arts.

To request a ticket donation from the American Repertory Theatre to support your organization's fundraising activities, please send a request on your organization's stationary to the theatre by postal mail (e-mail and fax requests are not accepted):

Include the following information:

Name of Organization
Non-Profit Tax I.D. # (include proof of non-profit status)
Contact Name and Title
Address
Contact Phone and e-mail address
Event Name, Date, and Location
Event Description (i.e. expected attendance, schedule of events, etc.)

Due to the number of requests we receive from worthy causes, please understand that the A.R.T. cannot donate to the same organization two years in a row.

Donation requests are processed in the order received. Please allow three weeks for processing.
