BROOKE ADAMS

Brooke Adams Brooke Adams comes to the A.R.T. to play Jolly in The Old Neighborhood. Her last Boston appearance was as Bella in Lost in Yonkers, and she appeared on Broadway in the title role of Wendy Wasserstein's Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning play The Heidi Chronicles. Other New York stage credits include The Petrified Forest, Key Exchange, and Split, and she has appeared at several resident theatres. Ms. Adams' films include Days of Heaven, Gas Food Lodging, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, The Dead Zone, Cuba, Tell Me a Riddle, and Car Wash. On television she was seen in "thirtysomething," with recurring roles in "Moonlighting" and "Family," as well as in the HBO Movie Lion of Africa. Ms. Adams has produced two seasons at Green Plays and both produced and performed in Over Mother's Dead Body, a play by her sister Lynne Adams.
