 WENDY RICHMAN - viola
Has appeared across the U.S. and Europe and has received particular praise for her "fresh and idiomatic" interpretations of new music (The Washington Post). A founding member of the International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE), she also serves as assistant principal viola in the Portland Symphony Orchestra and plays with the Callithumpian Consort, BMOP, and the Harvard Group for New Music. Recent appearances include the Lucerne Festival, Jordan Hall, MassMOCA, Merkin Concert Hall, Symphony Space, and Miller Theatre. |
