More than twenty-five productions with the Royal Shakespeare Company, including: Les Liaisons Dangereuses, The Plantagenets (Olivier Award). Other theater includes: Into the Woods, Orpheus DescendingDonmar Warehouse; The SeagullPublic Theatre. Opera/dance: Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Royal Opera House, National Ballet of Canada; Don Carlos, The Met. Film: Othello; Tales of Hollywood; Suddenly Last SummerBBC; The Crucible (costume design). He is the recipient of the Royal Designer for Industry Award and Robert L. B. Tobin Award for Lifetime Achievement in Theatrical Design at the TDF/Irene Sharaff Awards in New York.
